Keystone Games offers subscription services and pre-order options to help you secure the products you want. This policy outlines how subscriptions and pre-orders work, along with your options for managing or canceling these purchases.


Subscriptions

How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive automatic deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment information will be securely stored, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay for the entire subscription in advance.

Auto-Renewal

Certain subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may cancel it at any time prior to the renewal date.

Managing Your Subscription

You have full control over your subscription and may modify or cancel it at any time. To manage your subscription:

  1. Locate your order confirmation email

  2. Click the order management link provided

  3. Update or cancel your subscription as needed

What Is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders are purchases made for items that are not yet released or are pending a confirmed restock with a known release or return-to-stock date. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item(s) in advance so you’re ready to go the moment they become available. Full payment is due when placing a pre-order.


Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable

All pre-orders are final sale. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded for any reason. This policy applies regardless of circumstance, including but not limited to:

·         A change of mind

·         A delay in the release or restock date

·         Product availability changes from the manufacturer or distributor

Please ensure you are fully committed to your purchase before completing a pre-order.


Shipping Estimates

Shipping estimates displayed at checkout are not guaranteed for pre-order items.

Our checkout software calculates shipping timeframes based on standard processing and transit times — it does not account for the period between the date your order is placed and the date the item is released or returns to stock.

Shipping estimates should be used only as a rough guide for expected transit time once your item is available to ship — not as a projected delivery date from the time of purchase.


When Will My Order Ship?

Shipping availability for pre-order items is determined in part by the terms set by the manufacturer or distributor. In most cases, your order will be prepared to ship on or slightly before the official release date, subject to when we receive stock from our distributor.

We will do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible once inventory is in hand.
