Return Window
Keystone Games offers a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item. Returns must be requested within this timeframe to be eligible for consideration.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Item must be in the same condition as received

Unused and unworn with all original tags attached

In original packaging
-
Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at office@keystonegames.net within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

A prepaid return shipping label

Detailed instructions for packaging and shipping your return
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at office@keystonegames.net within 24 hours of receipt so we can promptly resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Trading cards (sealed or opened products containing trading cards)

Items with visible damage

Sale and clearance items

Pre-orders (all pre-orders are final)

Refund Policy
Store Credit Only
All approved returns will be refunded as store credit only. No cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods will be issued.
Processing Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your return. If approved, store credit will be issued to your account within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at office@keystonegames.net.
