Limited Product & In-Store Pickup Policy

Certain high-demand or limited-availability products sold by Keystone Games may be subject to purchase limits and/or designated as In-Store Pickup Only. Applicable restrictions will be identified on the individual product listing.

Purchase Limits

Customers may not exceed stated purchase limits through multiple orders, accounts, transactions, or other attempts to circumvent an applicable limit. Keystone Games reserves the right to cancel quantities or orders that exceed or attempt to circumvent stated purchase limits.

In-Store Pickup

Products designated In-Store Pickup Only will not be shipped. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are able to pick up their order from Keystone Games before completing their purchase.

Cancellations & Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for an In-Store Pickup Only order canceled because the customer is unable or unwilling to pick up the order. The 10% restocking fee also applies to refunds resulting from orders or quantities canceled because the customer exceeded or attempted to circumvent a stated purchase limit.

By purchasing a product subject to these restrictions, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the purchase limits, fulfillment restrictions, cancellation terms, and applicable restocking fees stated on the product listing and in this policy.
