Event entry purchases are date/time specific and nonrefundable. Swapping one time slot for another may be possible if requested at least 24 hours in advance (based on the availability of slots for the other time slot. If you purchase an event entry and do not show, a 50% credit will be issued as store credit. Please contact Keystone Games with any questions about the event prior to purchasing an entry.
